You gotta blame the bosses. They are supposed to do a proper training, but that would include quite some time. People working here (in Kuwait) are just brought up different (in most cases) than the ones that go for a job in the States. The theory behind those big chains is, that you get the same service all over the planet. Truth is, it doesn't work in some spots of this world ;) You can’t blame the workers.
You gotta blame the bosses.
