Machboos
A couple of weeks ago I decided to make me self some Machboos! I was hungry as hell and it was a weekend why not!
First was the Tomato Sauce. The biggest mistake was that I put in the tomato’s with oil lol! The place became a mess! It was crazy!! Then I added a little bit of water and chicken broth.
The hashoo was gooooood! I didn’t have much spices or anything like that so salt and pepper was the only thing I used. Looks ok I know
The final picture before I digged in! It wasn’t like what I wanted but it was good enough to satisfy me.
I just found a shop which sells Arabian stuff. I have to go shopping over there someday to prefect the machboos!
And yeah, I left a mess behind! The kitchen was more like a cooking oil field lol!
The tomato sauce looks disgusting :/ I don’t think I will ever eat tomatos again =(
The end result is good though -considering the fact that a male had prepared it for the first time -

Game Over: The sauce was wasn’t done by the picture. I left it the tomato melt and that kinda stuff and it was fine but not that good.

The arabian stuff shop will be filled with absurdly expensive stuff tinba3 ib half a kd here! Well..I hope not!
