The First Day of Ramadan – Food Pictures
I’m not sure if I’m going to keep on taking pictures everyday of my meals and posting them to you guys! But I’ll see what happens! So today I started cooking sort of late and made my self sort of a large meal! Well I don’t eat as much as I used to back in Kuwait lol! 2 meals are good enough for me these days and a couple of snacks in between makes me full for a long long time.
So I bought some stuff from the market: Chicken Kobab, Eggplant, Cauliflower, frozen fries and a ready to be cooked rice! i already had some stuff that I used as an extras for this meal just check out the pictures.
What I did is really easy, done it in like 40 minutes anyway! I Baked the Kobab, fried some Samosa, fried some eggplant and Cauliflower and baked the fries. The rice was made last minute and you just heat it up in the pan with some water and that’s it! (you can use a microwave, but I don’t like microwaves)
First picture:

As you can see I made a sandwich, samosa behind it and some remaining fries.. etc
Second Picture:

This is the rice and Kobab ( My main meal) and I really enjoyed it btw! The chicken was amazing! But I need to get my self a grill so I can cook my meats easier and quicker!
I had Vimto (sadly I didn’t have any Laban)

After that I had an amazing lovely dessert! Some Ice cream (even though it was cold I had to had something sweet!)

Banana Split! I LOVE IT! Can you find it in Kuwait? I don’t think so

a7san soora el ice cream YA SALAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM! :@

Oh, that looks yummie!
Oh, I’m sure they have Laban.
Let me try to remember the name for it.
In German it is either Dickmilch or Sauerrahm…..argh…googles translator is down…..
Is it the one you drink?
I think it’s the one you drink – then look for: set milk / sour milk next time you go shopping (http://www.dict.cc/german-english/Dickmilch.html) – I hope it’s it….!
